The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) is a trade association representing thousands of agricultural, construction, industrial, forestry, and outdoor power equipment dealers across the United States and Canada. Founded in the late 19th century, NAEDA serves as a unified voice for equipment dealers, advocating for fair policies, protecting dealer rights, fostering manufacturer relations, and providing legal, regulatory, training, and business resources to support the success and competitiveness of its members.
NAEDA pursues legislative and regulatory policies that promote the general welfare of equipment dealers, including dealer protection laws, fair manufacturer-dealer relations, favorable tax treatment such as equipment depreciation and Section 179 provisions, workforce development initiatives, and opposition to government overreach affecting equipment sales, service, and operations.
Primarily funded through member dues, associate member sponsorships, event and conference revenue, training programs, publications, and related services.
