The North Carolina Potato Association is a trade association representing potato growers in North Carolina. Its mission is to promote the interests of the state’s potato industry through advocacy, research support, marketing, and collaboration with agricultural partners to ensure the economic viability and sustainability of potato farming in the region.
Agricultural policy, crop insurance and farm support programs, research funding for crop improvement and pest management, trade and export policy, labor regulations affecting farm workers, and state and federal agricultural appropriations
