The Office of the Attorney General of Arkansas is the state’s chief legal office, led by the Attorney General, and serves as legal counsel and law enforcement advocate for the State of Arkansas and its agencies. It represents the state in litigation, issues legal opinions, and enforces consumer protection and other state laws.
Consumer protection, fraud enforcement, Medicaid fraud, public integrity, elections integrity, data breach reporting, robocall enforcement, price gouging, and legal representation of state agencies and officials.
