The Oklahoma Pork Council is a state-level agricultural trade organization that represents pork producers across Oklahoma. Its mission is to promote and protect the interests of Oklahoma’s pork industry through producer education, consumer outreach, industry promotion, and advocacy on behalf of hog farmers.
