The Oregon Municipal Electric Utilities Association (OMEU) is a statewide association representing Oregon’s not-for-profit, city-owned electric utilities. The organization advocates on behalf of its member utilities on regulatory and legislative matters affecting municipal electric service and promotes reliable, locally controlled public power for Oregon communities.
