The Oregon People’s Utility District Association (OPUDA) is a statewide association representing Oregon’s consumer-owned electric utilities, known as People’s Utility Districts (PUDs). The organization advocates on behalf of its member utilities and their customers to promote reliable, affordable, and locally controlled electric service.
