OutFront Minnesota is a statewide LGBTQ+ advocacy and community organization that works to advance the rights, health, safety, and inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and gender-diverse Minnesotans through organizing, public education, direct services, and policy advocacy.
Advocacy for LGBTQ+ civil rights and non-discrimination laws; transgender health and youth protections; access to HIV prevention and LGBTQ-specific health services; inclusive school policies and anti-bullying measures; voter engagement and civic participation on issues affecting LGBTQ communities.
Primarily member and individual donations, foundation grants, event fundraising, and philanthropic support.
Frequently partners with statewide and national civil-rights and LGBTQ organizations such as Equality Minnesota and the ACLU of Minnesota, local LGBTQ community centers, and national LGBTQ advocacy groups.
