About the Organization

The Pennsylvania Harm Reduction Network (PAHRN) is a statewide advocacy organization dedicated to advancing harm reduction policies and practices that reduce the negative health, social, and economic consequences of drug use. The organization works to promote public health approaches, support syringe services programs, expand access to naloxone, and reduce stigma surrounding substance use.

Policy Goals

Drug policy reform, overdose prevention, syringe services program authorization and funding, naloxone access, public health–centered substance use policies, and criminal justice reform related to drug offenses
