The Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association (PUCA) is a statewide trade association representing utility contractors and related businesses involved in the construction, installation, and maintenance of water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecommunications infrastructure. Its mission is to promote industry standards, workforce development, safety practices, and public policies that support the utility construction industry in Pennsylvania.
