About the Organization

PNHP Santa Barbara is the Santa Barbara-area chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program, a physician-led advocacy organization that promotes a publicly financed, single-payer health care system, often described as improved Medicare for All.

Policy Goals

Single-payer health care, Medicare for All, public financing of health care, health care access and affordability, and related state and federal health reform measures.

Funding

Primarily supported by member dues, individual donations, and contributions to the national PNHP organization.

Affiliates

Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP), PNHP-California, Healthcare for All, and local allied health care advocates; chapter chair Dr. Nancy Greep.
