Premier Community HealthCare is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1979 that provides primary and preventive care across Pasco and Hernando counties in Florida. The organization delivers integrated services including family medicine, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, women’s health, podiatry and community outreach, with a mission to provide accessible, affordable care to uninsured and medically underserved populations.
Typically supports policies that expand access to primary and preventive care, stabilize and increase FQHC and Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) funding, improve Medicaid reimbursement and enrollment, integrate behavioral health and oral health into primary care, expand telehealth and workforce development for underserved areas, and address social determinants of health through community-based services.
