Principles First is a grassroots pro-democracy organization on the center-right that says it seeks to restore principled conservatism, defend American democracy, and elevate leaders who put principle above partisan politics.
Center-right pro-democracy and good-government policies, including support for the rule of law, constitutional guardrails, personal responsibility, civic integrity, and opposition to partisan tribalism and anti-democratic conduct.
Primarily funded by donations and grassroots contributions from supporters.
Founded by Heath Mayo; led by Executive Director Brittany Martinez. The organization also works through local chapters and convenes an annual Summit in Washington, D.C.
