Progressive Maryland is a statewide grassroots advocacy organization that works to advance racial, social, economic, and environmental justice in Maryland through organizing, public education, and legislative advocacy.
Healthcare, housing, worker rights, environmental justice, education, democracy reform, public financing of elections, police accountability, and broader social and economic justice issues.
Primarily supported by individual member dues and grassroots contributions, with additional support from foundations and allied organizations.
Statewide local chapters and organizational allies; it also operates a 501(c)(3) education arm, the Progressive Maryland Education Fund.
