The Rachel Carson Council is a national environmental nonprofit organization inspired by the legacy of marine biologist and author Rachel Carson. Its mission is to promote environmental protection, public health, and ecological sustainability through education, advocacy, and grassroots organizing, particularly engaging young people and campus communities.
