Re:wild Your Campus is a youth-founded environmental advocacy organization and program of the global conservation nonprofit Re:wild. Founded in 2017 by UC Berkeley students Mackenzie Feldman and Bridget Gustafson, the organization works to eliminate the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers on college campuses and promote organic land management practices. It trains and supports student fellows to collaborate with campus administrators and groundskeepers to create healthier, climate-resilient, and biodiverse campus landscapes.
The organization advocates for policies that restrict or eliminate synthetic pesticide and herbicide use, promote organic land care standards, improve soil health and biodiversity, protect pollinators, and advance climate-resilient landscaping practices at colleges and universities.
Charitable donations, grants, and fundraising efforts as part of the broader nonprofit Re:wild network
