The Reserve Organization of America (ROA) is a national nonprofit association that advocates for members of the United States Reserve and National Guard, including officers, warrant officers, enlisted personnel, veterans, and their families. Founded in 1922, its mission is to support and promote the development and employment of Reserve component forces for national security, while providing professional development and legislative advocacy on behalf of its members.
