Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) is a national nonprofit network that provides technical assistance, training, and financial resources to rural and tribal communities to improve access to safe drinking water, wastewater treatment, housing, and economic development services. Its mission is to ensure that rural communities have access to basic infrastructure and essential services needed for public health and economic opportunity.
