Smoky Mountain Harm Reduction is a North Carolina–based community organization dedicated to reducing the negative health and social consequences of drug use. The organization focuses on providing harm reduction services such as syringe exchange, overdose prevention education, naloxone distribution, and linkage to treatment and recovery resources, particularly in rural and underserved areas of Western North Carolina.
