Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC) is a national nonprofit organization that advances the rights, civic participation, and well-being of Southeast Asian American communities—particularly Cambodian, Hmong, Lao, and Vietnamese Americans—through public policy advocacy, community organizing, leadership development, and research.
