Three Rivers Waterkeeper is a Pittsburgh-based environmental advocacy organization founded in 2009 that works to protect and restore the water quality of the Monongahela, Allegheny, and Ohio Rivers and their watersheds through science, legal advocacy, education, and community engagement.
Clean water protection, pollution enforcement, watershed restoration, environmental justice, infrastructure and transportation safety as it affects waterways, and stronger environmental regulation and oversight.
Primarily supported by foundation grants, charitable donations, and programmatic/community support.
