Transplant Families is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families navigating pediatric solid organ and bone marrow transplants. The organization unites heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow transplant patients and their families by providing education, peer connection, advocacy, and resources before, during, and after the transplant process, with the goal of improving care, outcomes, and quality of life.
