About the Organization

The U.S. OCTG Manufacturers Association (USOMA) is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing U.S. manufacturers of oil country tubular goods (OCTG), the steel pipe products used in oil and gas exploration and production. Its mission is to support the domestic OCTG industry, promote fair trade enforcement, and strengthen U.S. energy supply chains and manufacturing jobs.

Policy Goals

Trade policy, antidumping and countervailing duty enforcement, customs enforcement, anti-evasion actions, domestic manufacturing, and energy supply-chain policy

Funding

Primarily funded by member company dues and association contributions

Affiliates

Member companies have included Tenaris USA, Vallourec Star LP, Borusan Pipe US, PTC Liberty Tubulars, Welded Tube US, Axis Pipe and Tube, and BENTELER Steel and Tube; leadership has included Tenaris US President Luca Zanotti and other senior executives from member firms
