Vegas PBS is the public television service for the Las Vegas metropolitan area that produces and distributes educational, cultural, and community-focused programming with a mission to support lifelong learning, K–12 education, arts and local journalism for Nevada viewers.
Typically supports policies that sustain public media and public broadcasting funding, K–12 educational initiatives and resources, children’s media and literacy, arts and cultural programming, community media access, and broadband/technology access for educational purposes.
Mixed public and private funding including viewer donations and membership, underwriting and sponsorships, federal grants (via the Corporation for Public Broadcasting), foundation grants, and support from the Clark County School District and other local partners.
