VOCAL-NY (Voices Of Community Activists & Leaders) is a statewide grassroots membership organization that organizes low-income New Yorkers affected by HIV/AIDS, the drug war, mass incarceration, and homelessness to advance health, justice, and harm reduction through advocacy, leadership development, direct services, and direct action.
