The Washington State Commission on African American Affairs (CAAA) is a state government agency established to improve the well-being of African Americans across Washington by advising the Governor, Legislature, and state agencies on issues affecting the African American community. The Commission advocates for equity in education, economic development, health, criminal justice, and civil rights.
