The West Central Florida Labor Council (AFL-CIO) is a regional federation of labor unions affiliated with the national AFL-CIO. It represents union members across multiple industries in West Central Florida and works to advance workers’ rights, promote fair wages and safe working conditions, and support pro-labor public policies at the local and state levels.
