About the Organization

The Wisconsin Corn Growers Association is a statewide membership organization representing Wisconsin corn producers. Founded in 1975, it advocates for policies that enhance the profitability and sustainability of corn grown for on-farm feeding and commercial sale, and provides education, market development, and grassroots advocacy on behalf of its members.

Policy Goals

Agricultural and rural policy including ethanol and renewable fuels standards, biotechnology protections, crop inputs and pesticide regulation, water and irrigation rules, transportation infrastructure, export market development, taxation, and state and federal regulatory issues affecting corn production and grain marketing.

Funding

Primarily funded through membership dues and program service revenue from member-supported activities.
