Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) is the women’s organization affiliated with the Reform Jewish movement in North America. WRJ supports Jewish life and learning in Reform congregations, develops women’s leadership, and advances social justice and community service consistent with Reform Jewish values.
Advocacy and program work on social justice, gender equity and women’s rights, reproductive justice, racial justice and anti‑racism, LGBTQ+ inclusion, Jewish education and ritual life, synagogue support and lay leadership development, and environmental stewardship (tikkun olam).
Primarily membership dues, donations and philanthropic gifts, program fees, and fundraising campaigns; may also receive grants and endowment income.
Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism (RAC), Central Conference of American Rabbis (CCAR), local Reform congregational sisterhoods and WRJ regional groups.
