Description: World Without Exploitation (WorldWE) is a U.S.-based, survivor-centered national coalition founded in 2016 that works to end human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation by uniting more than 200 member groups, centering survivor leadership, running public education and training programs, and advocating for legal, cultural, and service-system change. Type: Fiscally sponsored nonprofit project / advocacy coalition (fiscally sponsored by the Tides Center, a 501(c)(3)) Policies: Advocacy to prevent and respond to human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, including anti-demand legislation (Equality Model approaches), survivor-centered criminal justice reforms that decriminalize victims, expanded survivor services and social supports, labor exploitation and forced-labor prevention, public education/media representation reforms, youth engagement and prevention programming, and funding for training and community-based interventions.
